Operator and services
Lee Joonsuh is an AI video and XR content production brand. This website presents production services and selected work. Browsing the site or sending an inquiry does not by itself create a production contract. For inquiries, contact js@joonsuhlee.kro.kr.
Project agreements
Before production begins, the parties confirm the project in writing: scope, deliverables and file formats, schedule, fees and payment dates, included review and revision rounds, approval steps, cancellation terms, and permitted uses of the deliverables. The specific written project agreement takes priority where it differs from these general terms, subject to mandatory law.
Fees, cancellation and refunds
Project fees and cancellation or refund calculations are set out in the project agreement. These terms do not restrict consumer cancellation, refund, or other rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
Rights and third-party materials
Each party retains rights to materials it owned or supplied before the project. Assignment or licensing of commissioned deliverables, including permitted media, territory, duration, exclusivity, edits, and source or project files, is defined in the project agreement. AI-generated portions and third-party models, stock assets, music, or fonts may have separate usage conditions and may not support exclusive or copyrightable rights. Known restrictions are identified for the project.
Client materials and confidentiality
Clients confirm they have permission to provide project materials. We use those materials to discuss and perform the project. Before submitting confidential client material to an external AI service, we identify the service and intended use and obtain the client's written approval. Additional handling or deletion requirements can be included in the project agreement.
Portfolio display
We obtain the client's prior written permission before publishing the client's name, supplied materials, or commissioned work as a case study or portfolio item.
Site content and applicable law
Website text, images, and videos require permission from the relevant rights holder for copying or reuse, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Korean law applies, subject to mandatory laws applicable to the parties. Questions about these terms can be sent to js@joonsuhlee.kro.kr.
